We will be building an altar together, as well as a flower mandala, to connect us delicately to the Earth. We will be practicing sacred movement + breathwork, including a guided meditation. We will heartshare, soul to soul. We will practice a release ritual in order to burn away what is no longer serving our highest good, as well as a positive affirmation practice + calling in abundance in all forms.
